- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 34 cup granulated sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 14 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 34 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Whisk together the yogurt, soy milk, applesauce, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
