- 1/3 c. safflower oil
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. sugar

1Whirl eggs in blender; add milk and oil.

2Blend 2 minutes; add dry ingredients and whirl.

3Bake in preheated Teflon waffle iron. Makes 4 large waffles.
