Ingredients
- 1/3 c. canola oil
- 1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat yogurt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 3 egg whites
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.

2Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl; let stand 5 minutes.

3Stir in yogurt mixture and egg whites.

4Combine flour and salt.

5Stir 2 cups flour mixture into yogurt mixture.

6Stir or beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.

7Gradually stir in remaining flour mixture.

8Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.

9Punch dough down, roll out on floured surface and shape as desired.

10Place on lightly greased baking sheets.

11Cover and let rise in warm place which is free from drafts until doubled in size.

12Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
