- 1 pie crust
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 -4 cups sliced peaches
Directions

1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

2If needed, put your pie crust into a pie plate.

3Fill your pie crust with sliced peaches.

4Whip the egg in a bowl.

5Add the flour and sugar.

6This will appear thick.

7Let it sit for a minute or 2.

8Pour it over the peaches.

9It will not completely cover the peaches.

10Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

11Then turn down the heat to 300 degrees and bake for 50 more minutes.

12If needed, shield the crust with foil in the last 15 or so minutes.
