- 2 cans coconut milk or 2 c. mayonnaise
- dash of salt
Directions

1Mix crumbled up corned beef and sauce (coconut milk); tear up some square pieces of foil wrap.

2Arrange spinach leaves in foil, then pour sauce in it, not too much.

3Watch overspills.

4Then wrap tight and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
