- 2 -3 lbs pork tenderloin
- soya sauce
- 3 cups chicken broth, approx
- 12 teaspoon powdered ginger
Directions

1Brush the pork with soya sauce on all sides.

3Slice the pork paper thin and arrange either flat or rolled on a platter.

4Mix the broth and the ginger in the fondue pot and bring to a boil.

5Serve with rice and sauces for dipping.
