- 5 lbs boneless pork butt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 inches piece fresh gingerroot, sliced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
Directions

1Place a large sheet of heavy duty foil in a baking pan.

2Put roast on top and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

3Seal very tightly. You might want to wrap it a second time.

4Turn on oven to 300°(convection)or 325°(conventional).

5Place pan on lower rack of oven and bake for 3 to 4 hours. Meat should fall apart and be very tender and juicy.

6To serve, shred the pork and mound on a platter and garnish.
