- 1 lb. broad egg noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- cinnamon

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Preheat oven to 375°.

3Cook the noodles.

4While the water is coming to a boil and the noodles are cooking, blend 1 cup cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff, but not too hard (you know, the soft peaks that sort of slump over when they get too high).

5By now, the noodles are about done.
