  • 1 1/2 lb. Lumber Jack sausage, sliced to bite size
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 4 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. water or more

Directions

    Combine vegetables and sausage with water.
