- 1 1/2 lb. Lumber Jack sausage, sliced to bite size
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 4 medium potatoes, chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. water or more
Directions

1Combine vegetables and sausage with water.

2Cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and simmer 1 hour.
