Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz.) undrained cannellini beans
  • 1 can (1 lb.) undrained mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef bouillon
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 soup can water
  • 3 or 4 franks, cut up
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 c. dry red wine

Directions

    Put everything into one big pot.

    Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.

    Serve with Italian bread and grated Parmesan cheese.
