- 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers or egg roll wrappers
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 lb. chopped shrimp
- 1/3 c. water chestnuts or jicama
- 4 pieces dried mushrooms, soaked then chopped
- 1/2 c. spring onion, cut very finely
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
Directions

1In a bowl, combine pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, mushrooms, onion, salt, pepper and egg.

2At one end of the lumpia wrapper, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture and roll tightly. Brush end of the wrapper with water to seal it.

3Deep fry.

4When slightly cool, cut into 2-inch pieces.

5Serve hot with sweet-sour sauce or hot Thai sauce which can be bought at most Filipino store or Oriental stores in Moreno Valley.
