- 1 lb. very lean ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork (optional)
- 1 small can bamboo shoots, cut small
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced very small
- 1 can seasoned French-style green beans with pimiento and onion
- some dried or fresh onion
- some cabbage, diced thin
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 large potato, grated
- fresh or 1 can bean sprouts
- sprinkle of garlic powder, Accent, salt, pepper and sugar
- celery, finely diced
- bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and tablespoon into wrappers.

2Fold wrappers and seal with a few tablespoons of water and cornstarch mixture.

3Fry or deep fry to desired brownness.

4Makes approximately 100 pieces.

5Uncooked lumpia or uncooked mixture may be frozen.

6Lumpia wrappers may be purchased at some grocery stores.
