  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 3 large carrots, shredded
  • soy sauce to taste
  • egg roll wraps (produce section)

Directions

    Cook hamburger in skillet until brown; drain off fat.

    Add chopped onions, cabbage, carrots and about 1 or 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.

    Cook together, stir constantly, until vegetables are tender.
