  • 2 boxes pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 can chopped pineapple
  • 1 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Put pineapple in a bowl.

    Put pistachio pudding on top and stir.

    Mix in Cool Whip, marshmallows and pecans.

    Mix well. Refrigerate.
