- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 c. chopped mushrooms
- 1/3 c. picante sauce
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- 1 c. cooked broccoli, chopped
- 6 thick slices Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Set toasted muffins aside.

2Combine all ingredients except cheese in a bowl.

3Stir lightly.

4Top each muffin half with mixture.

5Put on ungreased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

7Top with cheese.

8Bake until cheese is melted.
