- 2 cups Elbow Pasta
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1/2 whole Roasted Red Pepper
- 1/2 whole Kielbasa Sausage, Cut Into Bite-sized Rounds
- 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Directions

1Fill a large pot with water and add some salt.

2Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until done, about 8 minutes (or according to package instructions).

3Drain and set pasta aside in the pot.

4Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and butter and saute for 2 minutes.

5Cut the roasted red pepper into bite sized pieces and add to the skillet.

6Add the sausage, stir, and let it saute until the pasta is done cooking.

7Drain off the extra liquid and put the sausage mixture into the drained pasta.

8Add the spaghetti sauce and garlic salt.

9Stir to combine thoroughly.
