  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. either lemon or chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

  1. 1
    Melt oleo. Add flour and chopped nuts.
  2. 2
    Mix well. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool.

    Mix powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over the baked mixture.

    Mix pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  5. 5
    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
