- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. (1 pkg.) cream cheese
- 20 oz. (1 large can) corn, whole kernel
- 11 oz. (1 can) Mexicorn
- 4 oz. (1 can) green chilies
- 2 Tbsp. onion, minced (dry)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- sprinkle of red pepper
Directions

1Melt butter on top of stove and add cream cheese.

2Drain corn and add to mixture, along with the rest of ingredients (except red pepper).

3Put mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish.

4Top with red pepper.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
