Ingredients: 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated; 2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated; 1 c. ripe olives, chopped fine; 6 green onions, chopped fine (stems and all); approximately 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise

2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. ripe olives, chopped fine
6 green onions, chopped fine (stems and all)
approximately 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Serve either hot or cold.

If serving cold, just set out with assorted crackers and/or party rye.

If you wish to serve hot, spread party rye slices with mixture and place on cookie sheet in 350° oven until cheese melts.
