  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. ripe olives, chopped fine
  • 6 green onions, chopped fine (stems and all)
  • approximately 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Serve either hot or cold.

    If serving cold, just set out with assorted crackers and/or party rye.

    If you wish to serve hot, spread party rye slices with mixture and place on cookie sheet in 350° oven until cheese melts.
