- 3 lb. yellow squash, boiled, drained and mixed
- 2 carrots, uncooked and grated
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Directions

1Mix together first 6 ingredients.

2Sprinkle bottom of pan with small amount of herb dressing.

3Top with squash mixture, then top with remaining herb dressing.

4Dot with margarine.

5Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350°.
