  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box yellow cake
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners sugar (save a bit for top)

Directions

    Mix 2 eggs, butter and cake mix in bowl (will be stiff). Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. 2
    Mix 2 eggs, cream cheese and sugar and spread on top of first mixture.
  3. 3
    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
  5. 5
    A good last minute dessert.
