- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce

1Boil water.

2Stir in rice; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

3Melt butter in skillet; cook egg.

4Add onion and rice. Cook over medium heat until onion and rice are light brown, about 5 minutes.

5Combine water and soy sauce; stir into rice.
