  • 1 (1 lb) box elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
  • 12 lb monterey jack cheese, cut into cubes
  • 12 lb mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 34 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes (mix all cheeses into a bowl)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

    Cook pasta according to directions on box (salt and pepper to taste).

    butter casserole dish (9X13).

    pour half of cooked pasta into dish.

    layer half of the mixed cubed cheese over the pasta.

    pour the remaning pasta over cheese.

    top with the remaining mixed cubed cheeses.

    whisk 1 egg and 1 cup of whole milk together and pour over the pasta and cheese.

    top with the grated Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

    Dot the top of the dish with the 2 T. of butter.

    bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
