  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, drained
  • 12 cup butter
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (or you can use a combo of different cheeses)
  • 1 12 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon white pepper
  • 12 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

    Combine all infredients.

    Put into a greased casserole dish.

    Cut butter into small pieces and stir with warm macaroni to melt it.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

    You might have to cover with foil if it start to get too brown.
