- 1 lb. macaroni, cooked
- 16 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. Swiss cheese
- milk (enough to cover halfway up baking dish)
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter or oleo to taste
Directions

1Cook macaroni; drain. In a large bowl, shred cheeses on macaroni and stir gently. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix in pats of butter. Pour into baking dish of gallon size. Pour over milk. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or more if needed.
