  • 2 cup Small Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 cup Grated Chedder or Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Salt and Pepper

Directions

    Add olive oil to 4 Cups water and bring to a boil.

    Add macaroni to boiling water.
  3. 3
    Stir and time for 10 minutes.
  4. 4
    Drain water off of macaroni and rinse with hot water.

    Return macaroni to pot.

    Stir in butter, milk, and cheeses.

    Salt and Pepper after tasting because some cheese and butter is salted.
