  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. finely chopped Macadamia nuts
  • 1 (7 to 8 oz.) milk chocolate bar, grated

Directions

    Butter an 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Place half the nuts in the pan. Sprinkle half of the grated chocolate over the nuts.

    Combine butter and sugar in a heavy pan.
  4. 4
    Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture is the color of peanut butter (about 290°).

    Remove from heat and immediately pour over chocolate in pan.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle with remaining chocolate and then nuts.

    Press nuts firmly into chocolate.

    Cool.

    Break into pieces.
