- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. finely chopped Macadamia nuts
- 1 (7 to 8 oz.) milk chocolate bar, grated
Directions

1Butter an 8 x 8-inch pan.

2Place half the nuts in the pan. Sprinkle half of the grated chocolate over the nuts.

3Combine butter and sugar in a heavy pan.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture is the color of peanut butter (about 290°).

5Remove from heat and immediately pour over chocolate in pan.

6Sprinkle with remaining chocolate and then nuts.

7Press nuts firmly into chocolate.

8Cool.

9Break into pieces.
