Macadamia-Chocolate Chunk Pie

  • 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Macadamias
  • 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch), thawed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325F.

    Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Blend in liqueur and vanilla.

    Add flour, cinnamon and salt; mix well.

    Stir in macadamias and chocolate.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake 50 to 55 min.
