  • Butter, For Greasing The Dish
  • 18 ounces, weight Semisweet Chocolate
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 5 ounces, weight Chopped Macadamia Nuts

Directions

    Line an 8x8 inch square pan with foil. Grease the foil with butter, set aside.

    Melt the chocolate, milk, and salt, either on the stove over low heat or in the microwave in 30-second intervals. I combined them in a 4-quart glass measuring cup and melted the mixture in the microwave.

    Once chocolate is melted, stir in the vanilla and nuts. Pour into the prepared pan and chill until firm, about 2 hours.

    Lift foil out of the pan; peel away from fudge. Cut into bite-sized squares. Store in an airtight container.
