- 1 envelope gelatin
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Macadamia nuts
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix gelatin, sugar and salt.

2Beat together egg yolks, cold milk and water.

3Stir into gelatin mixture and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.

4Remove from heat.

5Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.

6Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold nuts and whipped cream into mixture and add vanilla.

7Pour into cooled pie shell.

8Chill until firm.

9Then top with additional whipped cream and sprinkle with Macadamia nuts.
