Macadamia Nut Dip

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
  • 2 tsp. butter

Directions

    Beat cream cheese and milk with mixer until smooth.

    Stir in sour cream, horseradish, onion, green pepper, pepper and garlic salt.

    Spoon into ungreased, shallow, 2-cup baking dish and set aside.

    In skillet, saute nuts in butter.

    Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
