  • 3/4 granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups (plus 1/2 cup) all purpose flour
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 inch of salt
  • rose hip jam or other flavor
  • icing sugar for dusting
