- 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juices
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 12 cup water
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
Directions

1Heat oil in heavy skillet.

2Brown beef.

3Add onion and green pepper and saute until vegetables soften.

4Drain off excess fat.

5Add remaining ingredients.

6Bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer and cook 15 min, stirring occasionally.
