- 1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to package.

2Drain well.

3Combine cottage cheese, yogurt, egg and salt.

4Add shredded cheese.

5Mix well; stir in cooked macaroni.

6Spread in a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with paprika.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
