  • 4 ounces braunschweiger sausage
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 cup dry sherry

Directions

    Combine 1st three ingredients.

    Add sherry a little bit at a time, enough to make a spreadable paste.

    Form or mound on a small plate and serve room temperature with assorted crackers.
