- 1 pkg. macaroni
- 1 c. sharp shredded cheese
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 c. half and half
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Boil macaroni according to package for 7 minutes; drain. Add macaroni, eggs, half and half and cubed Velveeta cheese together in a greased casserole dish. Mix sharp and Monterey cheeses together. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese to macaroni. Put 1/2 cup aside. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and dabs of butter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
