  • 7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni (Creamettes)
  • 3 or 4 eggs, well beaten with fork
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Cook macaroni; rinse and drain.

    Stir in all other ingredients. Pour mix into 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Leftovers of this freeze well.
