  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. sharp grated cheese
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 box cheese Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cook macaroni and mix all ingredients except crackers.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Cover with cracker crumbs.
