- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. cooked ham
- 8 oz. cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook macaroni as package directions.

2Drain.

3Make a white sauce of the oleo, flour and milk.

4Stir in Worcestershire sauce, macaroni and ham.

5Turn half the mixture into an oblong 2-quart baking dish.

6Layer with half the cheese.

7Add remaining macaroni and ham mixture.

8Top with remaining cheese.

9Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

10Bake at 375° until hot and golden, about 20 to 30 minutes.

11Yields about 6 servings.
