Macaroni-Beef Casserole

- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
Directions

1Separate ground beef into one-inch chunks in frying pan.

2Add onion and green peppers.

3Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.

4Pour off grease and season meat mixture with salt and pepper.

5Add tomatoes, sauce, corn and cooked macaroni. Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.

6Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°, stirring twice during baking.
