  • 7 oz chocolate (no more than 62%) coarsely chopped
  • 2 T veg oil
  • 1 T liquor
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1/3 c milk or water
  • 2 T sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 c cream
  • freshly gr black pepper

    process choc until fine

    combine oil, liquor and vanilla in small cup

    bring milk sugar and salt to simmer, pour into FP with machine running, process until melted

    add oil mix

    transfer to bowl,cool to rm temp

    beat cream to soft peaks and fold into choc.

    Divide among dessert cups and ref.

    Top with a little pepper
