- 7 oz chocolate (no more than 62%) coarsely chopped
- 2 T veg oil
- 1 T liquor
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/3 c milk or water
- 2 T sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 c cream
- freshly gr black pepper
Directions

1process choc until fine

2combine oil, liquor and vanilla in small cup

3bring milk sugar and salt to simmer, pour into FP with machine running, process until melted

4add oil mix

5transfer to bowl,cool to rm temp

6beat cream to soft peaks and fold into choc.

7Divide among dessert cups and ref.
