  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned with onion
  • 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomato or V-8 juice
  • pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Put everything in a large skillet.

    Bring to a boil and then simmer 20 minutes covered.

    Take cover off for a few minutes if too much juice.
