- 2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 c. ham, cooked and diced
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. low-fat milk
Directions

1Place macaroni in a 2-quart pan of boiling water with a dash of salt.

2Let cool for 10 to 12 minutes.

3Drain macaroni.

4Pour in a mixing bowl with diced, cooked ham, cheese, green pepper, butter and milk.

5Stir vigorously and pour into a casserole dish (about 8 x 11 x 2-inch) and cover with glass lid.

6Let cook in oven at 350° for 15 minutes.

7Remove and let cool.

8Garnish with parsley and ready to serve.

9Will serve 6 to 8 adults.
