  • 1 2/3 c. milk (sweet)
  • 1 egg
  • medium Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

    Cook macaroni; salt and drain.

    Stir egg in glass; salt and pepper.

    Stir.

    Add milk; stir.

    Layer in round Pyrex dish the macaroni and cheese; pour half of milk mixture over.

    Layer macaroni and cheese; pour remaining milk mixture over.

    Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

    Bake, covered, in 450° oven for 40 minutes.
