Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb. sharp cheese, shredded (reserve 1/2 c.)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
  • crushed Cheez-Its crackers

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to package directions.

    Mix all other ingredients while macaroni is cooking.

    When macaroni is tender, drain and mix with other ingredients.

    Pour into large casserole dish.

    Cover and cook at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
