  • 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese

  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 broiler-fryer (2 to 3 lb.), cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 28 oz. tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, strips
