Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. each: cumin, oregano and pepper
- bay leaf
- 1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 c. chopped sweet mixed pickles (relish)
- 2 c. elbow macaroni (optional)
Directions

1Brown beef and drain.

2Put in crock-pot with all other ingredients, except macaroni.

3Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.

4Cook macaroni and add at the last 20 minutes or so before serving.
