- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (No. 2) tomatoes (3 1/2 c.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (black)
- pinch of oregano
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 8 oz. American cheese
Directions

1Fry and drain bulk sausage.

2Reserve 4 teaspoons fat.

3Saute onion and green pepper in fat until soft.
