  • 8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese

    Cut tops off peppers; remove and discard seeds and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and stand in muffin pan cups.
