- 1 lb. box rosamarina pasta (looks like rice)
- 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) large Cool Whip
Directions

1Cook pasta according to directions on package.

2Rinse with cold water many times and drain well while cold.

3Drain and save juice from fruit.

4To the juice, add sugar, eggs, flour and salt. Mix well and cook over medium heat until thickened (will be a thin syrup).

5Pour syrup over cooled pasta.

6Refrigerate several hours, preferably overnight.

7Juice mixture will be absorbed.
